Frances A. Kincer's Obituary
On February 13, 2012 Frances A. Kincer, beloved wife of the late Edward L. Kincer, loving mother of Carma Boughers, Larry Kincer, Linda Taft, Rhonda Heffler, Tammy Shipley and the late Claudette Kincer. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at the famliy owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc., 7922 Wise Avenue on Saturday at 3:30 PM. Friends may call on Saturday from 2 to 3:30 PM. Interment private.
