On August 31, 2009, Evelyn Eckhart SOLLENBERGER (nee Welsh) of Mt. Washington; devoted wife of the late Dan Sollenberger; loving mother of Penny Cougle and her husband Butch, and Carol Ripken and her husband Jim; loving grandmother of Michael Cougle, John Cougle and his fiancée Erika Peterson, Nicole Ripken and her husband Jeff Jenkins, and Adrienne Ripken; "Granny Ev" to her two great granddaughters, Brittney Cougle and the light of her life Mily Li Jenkins; she is also survived by the Roche family - deceased sister Vestsa, the Fowler family - deceased sister Helen, the Welsh family, very special family friend -Barbara Ryan of Thunderhill Farm, the Eckhart family, step granddaughter Chrissie Sollenberger, her wonderful caring neighbors, who helped make it possible for her to stay in her home. We will forever hold you in our hearts and miss you every day.

Friends and relatives are invited to a Memorial Mass at The Shrine of the Sacred Heart Church in Mt. Washington, Wednesday, September 9th, 11:00 AM. Inurnment at Druid Ridge Cemetery.
