On February 15, 2025, Eugenio Moreno passed away in Lutherville, MD after Hospice care. He was the beloved husband of the late Margarita Moreno; beloved father of Elizabeth Ventmiller, Juan Carlos Moreno (Martha), Monica Srnec (John), Leyla Rutz (Steve) and Mauricio Moreno (Kristine). Loving grandfather of Jenny, Nick, Alexandra, Jonathan, Natalie, Carolina, Michael, Christian, Sebastian, Sofia and Lilianna and soon to be great grandfather of Baby Rhen.

Eugenio lovingly known as "Tito" was born in Alhucemas, Morrocco and loved food, his scooter and his family. As a Master carpenter, he dedicated his life to building things in multiple countries: Colombia, Venezuela and USA. He loved to brag about all the restaurants he remodeled in Baltimore City and Baltimore County specially bars. Great soccer player, and he played professionally. As a family, we played on the weekends, and it was especially fun when the grandkids grew up to be able to participate in the games. We couldn't get the ball away from him. Loved to watch wrestling and for his 90th birthday he attended the NCAA Division I Men's Wrestling in Philadelphia with his son Mauricio and two of his grandkids, Nick and Christian.

A service will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, 11 AM Dulaney Valley Mausoleum Chapel at 200 East Padonia Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions will be appreciated to the Little Sisters of the Poor St. Martin's Home, 601 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, Maryland 21228.
