On December 14, 2009 ETHEL D. KOUGL (nee Dacewicz) beloved wife of the late Frank J. Kougl, Jr.; devoted mother of Kathleen M. Kougl and the late Frank J. Kougl, III; dear sister of Ida Harrison. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Avenue on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Polish National Church Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may be made to The Alzheimer's Association , 1850 York Road, Suite D, Timonium, MD 21093.
