On February 29, 2012 Elizabeth M. Dugan; beloved wife of the late Francis Markoe Dugan, M.D.; loving mother of Elizabeth Mitchell Dugan,M.D., Louise Markoe Dugan, G.W. Mitchell Dugan and the late Mary Lloyd Dugan and Francis Markoe Dugan, Jr., M.D.. Also survived by eight grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday March 10, 11 AM at Immaculate Conception Church. A reception will be held following services at L'Hirondelle, 7611 L'Hirondelle Club Road, Towson, MD. 21204. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Elizabeth M.
