On August 2, 2011 Elinor W. Scriba (nee Willing) beloved wife of Edwin William Scriba; devoted mother of James William Scriba and his wife Deborah Ford-Scriba and Laura Scriba Parks; dear sister of Paul Willing; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (beltway exit 26) on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Shrine on the Sacred Heart, Mt. Washington on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Interment at Druid Ridge Cemetery.
