On October 11th, 2026, Eibhlin (Ebby) Sarah Goggins passed away peacefully in Charlottesville, VA. She was the beloved daughter of Bernadette Anne Marie Goggins (nee Cullen) and Michael Gilbert Goggins; devoted sister of Michael Raymond Goggins (Ann), Clare Anne Goggins (Nilesh) and Maria Bernadette Goggins; loving aunt of Rory Goggins and Maeve Seshadri.

Extended family and friends may visit the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. (1050 York Rd. Towson, MD 21204) on Sunday, October 18th, 2026, from 2-4 PM and 5-7 PM to express their condolences. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Immaculate Conception Church (200 Ware Ave, Towson, MD 21204) on Monday, October 19th, 2026, at 11:30am. The interment will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
