On July 26, 2025 Edward Cruz, Sr. passed away. Ed is the beloved husband of Judy L. Cruz (nee Waller); devoted father of Edward James Cruz, Jr. (Donna Lynn), the late Violet Mary Crouse (late Kenneth Allen); cherished grandfather of Kenny, Rebecca, Devon, Salem, Leland, Addisyn, and Declan; loving great-grandfather of Max, Mavis, Ricky, and Sawyer; dear brother of Joseph Cruz-DeHaven, Maureen Klym, Ted Valentini, the late Louis Cruz, the late Valentin Cruz, the late Stephanie Cruz, and the late Tony Valentini. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at the family-owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Sunday August 3, 2025 at 4 PM. Friends may visit on Sunday August 3, 2025 from 2-4PM. In lieu of flowers please plant a tree in Ed's memory. www.alivingtribute.org
