n July 18, 2010, Edgar C. Briggs, Jr., beloved husband of the late Selma Briggs; devoted father of Eddie Briggs, Thomas Briggs, Deborah Moore, Brian Briggs, Michael Briggs, Jeffrey Briggs, Regina Welsh and Vallie Halsey. Also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Ave. on Wednesday at 12:00 PM. Interment Oak Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday from 9 AM to 12 PM.
