On January 13, 2026, Dorothy Ruth Gephardt, beloved wife of Joseph R. Gephardt, III; devoted mother of Billie-Jo Gephardt and Joseph R. Gephardt, IV; loving grandmother of Larry Folk, III; also survived by other family and friends.

Visitation will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Ave. on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 10 AM. Interment, Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens.
