On September 19, 2010 Donald Lee Skaggs Sr. beloved husband of the late Jane (nee Titus), loving father of Donna J. Zorn, Linda McVey-Taylor, Donald L. Skaggs Jr., Kimberly A. Street and the late Gary V. Skaggs Sr., also survived by five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Wednesday at 12 noon. Interment Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens. Friends may call on Tuesday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations in his name to the American lung Association of MD 11350 McCormick Rd. Suite 600 Hunt Valley, Maryland 21031.
