On July 17, 2011, Donald Earl McMeins, beloved husband of the late Linda S.(nee Oakley); loving father of Tammy Bryant and her husband Charlie and Shannon Baker and her husband Greg. Mr. McMeins was a self appointed cadet of the Baltimore County Police Dept.
