Donald Wayne Bierman

11/15/1957 – 11/23/2024

Donald lost his battle with Cancer on Saturday November 23rd.  He had a wonderful and full life.  Being a member of the Air National Guard (Air Force) for more than 28 years he saw some great places and not so great places.  He met some wonderful people and had a great military family.  He worked for Kodak / Kodak Alaris for more than 40 years and made some great friends, and was a member of the Mustang Club of Maryland for more than 20 years.

We traveled to all 50 states and a few countries over our 48 years of marriage.  His crowning moments though, were his 3 children.  Dawn, David and Daniel.  They were his life his shinning stars.  When they expanded their families, his heart grew bigger and bigger.

He is survived by his wife Athena (Tina), his children Dawn Macneal, David, Daniel.  His grandchildren, Christina Stevens and Rebekah Macneal.  His Great-Grandson Rory Stevens and his wonderful, adopted children Mike Stevens, Chris DeMas, Sinamin Hornquist and Jordan Hornquist.  His brothers Mervin Bierman, Kathleen his wife.  Neil Bierman, Karen his wife and many nieces and nephews.   As well as his parents-in-law, Allen and Ruth Fite.

The family will receive friends at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc. 7922 Wise Ave. on Thursday (12/5/2024) from 2-4 and 6-8PM, where a funeral service will be held on Friday (12/6/2024) at 10 AM.  Interment Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church.
