On September 11, 2026, Delma M. Blackwell (nee Martin), beloved wife of the late Clarence R. Blackwell, devoted mother of Kimberly Heaney and her husband Michael, Kristina Loveland, Keith Blackwell and the late Kevin Blackwell and his surviving wife Debbie, loving grandmother of Kelly and Roy Davis, Ryan and Christina Blackwell, and Trent and Shannan Loveland, cherished great-grandmother of Caleb, Cohen, Silas, Griffin, and Aurora Noel, dear sister of Raver Martin, Nadine Knight, Karen Doherty, and the late Vivian Brooks and Garland Martin.

The family will receive friends at the family-owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc. 7922 Wise Ave. on Monday from 2 to 4 PM, where a funeral service will also be held on Monday at 3:30 PM.  Service followed by cremation.
