On November 13, 2009, DELLA HARRIET (nee Ebert); beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Blout, Sr.; devoted mother of Joseph A. Blout , Jr., Dolores B. Fickus and her husband Daniel, Stanley E. Blout and his wife Jeanne, Mary L. Matuk and her husband John, and Maria Gardner. Also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Avenue on Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Cremation to follow. A memorial service will be held at St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1900 St. Paul Street on Saturday at 11 A.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in the name of Mrs. Blout to the St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church Organ Fund, 1900 St. Paul Street (21218).
