On December 23, 2025, Deborah (Debbie) Wilson Prem peacefully passed while asleep in her home in Sparks Glencoe, Maryland. Beloved mother of Alison Claflin (McKinley) and Hannah Prem. Loving sister of Leslie Penkunas (Keith) and Thomas Wilson IV. Debbie is preceded in death by her parents Deborah Lockhart Wilson and Thomas Matthew Wilson III.

She was a loving mother, sister, and friend to all. Avid animal lover, who would help and offer a home to any animal she could. She enjoyed reading and traveling with her friends and family. She loved to laugh and get creative with her funny pranks. This past May she took a family trip to Scotland with her daughters to fulfill her dream of showing them their family history. She loved being the unofficial tour guide of GBMC, always walking people to their destination not just telling them where it was. It didn't matter who you were, she would go out of her way to help everyone. Her heart was so big, filled with kindness, love, and joy.

Debbie will be deeply missed by all of those who knew her. She will be forever loved and remembered in our hearts.
