On May 7, 2025 David Wayne Houck passed away. David is survived by his beloved wife Victory Jean Houck (nee Vaughn); devoted daughters Lisa A. Siwek and her husband Thomas; Sherry A. Leggett and her husband Chad; cherished grandson Chad Leggett, Jr. Additionally his dear brothers Norman Houck and William Baer. David was preceded in death by his parents the late Madeline A. and Lloyd Baer and the late Leroy N. Houck; and his dear brother the late Charles Baer and his dear sister the late Nancy Branagan. Also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at the family-owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Tuesday May 13, 2025 at 10 AM. Friends may visit on Monday May 12, 2025 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Interment will follow the service at Loudon Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers; David's wishes were for contributions to be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital www.stjude.org
