On April 19, 2011 David Vincent Foster, beloved husband of Theresa M. Foster, devoted father of Jeri Lee Foster and the late Brenda Lynn Foster, loving brother of Gary and Vicki Foster and Susan Keim, pop-pop of Victoria, uncle of Melanie and Danny Foster and Ashley Keim. He was preceded in death by his first wife Ann Elizabeth Foster.
