On May 2, 2010 Daniel Leroy Drake, preceded in death by his beloved wife of 70 years, Inez Mae Drake (nee Richardson), devoted father of Bob Drake and wife Mary Lou, Jack Drake, Mary Proctor and husband Ben, Pam Fischer and husband Rob; loving grandfather of Ben Proctor III and wife Sherry , Pam Proctor Criscitiello and husband Mike, Mike Proctor and wife Jamie, Bryan Drake, Lauren Drake Santoro and husband Phil, Rachel Drake, Jeremy Fischer and wife Melissa, Justin Fischer and Jocelyn Fischer, cherished Great-Grandfather of Regan and Benjamin Proctor IV, Sydney, Sofia and Savannah Criscitiello, Caden and Gavin Proctor.

The family will receive friends at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (Beltway Exit 26A) Thursday 3-5 and 7-9 PM. A masonic service will be held on Thursday at 7:30 PM. A graveside service will be held on Friday at 10 AM at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, with the presentation of Full Military Honors. A memorial service will follow at the Bonnie Blink Masonic Home Chapel at 11 AM followed by a luncheon reception.
