On October 11, 2009, Cynthia "Cindy" Anne WEIR; beloved daughter of John and Margaret Weir; loving sister of Thomas Weir and his wife Tricia, Lynn Weir, and the late John Weir Jr. and Nancy Place; dear friend and caregiver Tricia Bernstein Starke.

The family will receive friends at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Road (Beltway exit 26), on Friday, October 30th from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M., at which time a Memorial Service will be held. Interment private. Memorial Contributions may be made to Stella Maris Hospice, 2300 Dulaney Valley Rd., Timonium, MD 21093, for all of their love and support in Cindy's time of need. The family would like to thank Dr. Madhu Chaudhry for her loving, exceptional care these past 8 ½ years.
