On November 9, 2010, Clarence Robert Blackwell, Jr., beloved husband of Delma Blackwell (nee Martin); devoted father of Kevin Blackwell and his wife Debbie, Kim Heaney and her husband Mike, Kristina Loveland and Keith Blackwell; loving grandfather of Kelly Davis and her husband Roy, Ryan Blackwell and Trent Loveland; dear brother of Donald Blackwell, Carol Connors and Lorraine Ruby.

A funeral service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Ave. on Saturday at 11 AM. Interment Private. Friends may call on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM.
