On January 15, 2010, Charlotte Ann Franklin (nee Cox), beloved wife of John R. Franklin and the late Lonnie Wilson, Sr., devoted mother of Rodney A. Wilson and Lonnie Wilson, Jr., loving daughter of the late Carl and Dafnie Cox, dear sister of Minnie and Shird Letner, Jr., Clarence and Brenda Cox, Virgle and Georgia Cox, Edna and Dillard Christian, Claude and Ruth Cox, Donnie and Velma Cox and Janice and Charles Blankenship. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

A funeral service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Ave. on Wednesday at 12 PM. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may call on Tuesday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM.
