Tracy (nee Jones); devoted partner of Jean Seabrooks; loving father of Charles Tracy, Jr. and wife Charlotte and Susan Boyd and husband Dr. William; loving grandfather of Charles Tracy, III, Keith Tracy, Stephen Boyd, and Jessica Davis; and great grandfather of six.
Graveside service will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Charles's memory to St. Joseph Hospital MS/ ICU 7601 Osler Drive Towson, MD 21204. Arrangements by Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc.
