On September 15, 2024, Charles Randall Kilgore, Jr. "Randy", beloved husband of the late Barbara Ann Kilgore "Bobbi" (nee Schaefer); devoted father of Trevor T. Kilgore and his wife Beth; Loving grandfather of Brookie Kilgore and Andrew Kilgore; Dear brother of Glenda Johnson and the late Dale Kilgore.

Randy was a 1962 graduate of the McDonough School and was also a student at Johns Hopkins University in the late 60's, where he played lacrosse. He founded the varsity men's lacrosse program in 1969 at Mt. St. Mary's College and was active there until 1990. In later years, he became involved in scholastic sales working for companies that sold high school and college rings, band uniforms, and yearbooks. He worked with companies such as Dieges & Clust and Walsworth Publishing for 25 years.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

To honor his life and legacy as a coach and mentor to countless college lacrosse players, the family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, charitable contributions can be made to Mount St. Mary's University Men's Lacrosse in memory of Randy Kilgore.
