Beloved husband of Leona Payne; loving father of Amy and her husband Andy, Anissa and her husband Willie, Charles, Jr., James, William, Alan and his wife Mary and Richard; dear brother of James and his wife Bliss, Tom and his wife Krista; loving grandfather of nineteen; dear friend of Virginia Stielper. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins and his faithful canine companion Charlie.
