On February 17, 2025 Charles Edward Heule, Sr. passed away. Charles is the beloved husband of Barbara V. Heule (nee Skeen); devoted father of Nina M. Prestileo (Domenic), Charles E. Heule, Jr. (Kelly), Suzette L. Sweeney (Paul); cherished grandfather of Tyler Heule, Eric Heule, Morgan Startt, Alexis Prestileo, Blake Startt, and Isabella Prestileo; loving great-grandfather of Oakleigh Prestileo; Charles is the  dear brother of four sisters and three brothers.

A funeral service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Tuesday February 25, 2025 at 10 AM. Friends may visit on Monday February 24, 2025 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Internment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
