On May 29, 2012 Charles Melvin Askins; beloved husband of the late Lydia Marie Askins (nee Harvey); loving father of Charles Melvin Askins, Jr., Richard Harvey Askins and Carol Lee Cooper; dear grandfather of three and great grandfather of ten.
Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (beltway exit 26) Monday 12 to 2 PM. A graveside service will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens at 2:30 PM.
