On December 24, 2025 Cecelia Particia Evans passed away. Cecelia was the beloved wife of the late Harvey William Evans; devoted mother of Joanne Evans Shumaker (Daniel); grandson Ryan Fleishell (Heather); great grandson Bohdi Fleishell; devoted mother of Donna Evans Morosko (Kenneth); grandson Kyle Morosko (Lauren), great grandson Declan and Landon Morosko; devoted mother of Thomas Vincent Evans (Katherine); granddaughter Taylor Evans; great granddaughters Aria and Avery Zenich; great grandson Asher Zenich;  Granddaughter Bree DeRuggiero (Michael);great granddaughters Iris and Nora DeRuggiero; great grandson Luca DeRuggiero.

A funeral service will be held at Our Lady of Hope on Tuesday January 6, 2026 at 10 AM. Friends may visit at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Monday January 5, 2026 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Internment Gardens of Faith Memorial Park.
