On July 29, 2009 Catherine B. Murphy (nee Myers) beloved wife of the late William J. Murphy, Sr.; devoted mother of William J. Murphy, Jr. and his wife Ann and Denise Murphy Moss and her late husband Gregory T. Moss, Sr.; beloved grandmother of Courtney McGrath Jolley and her husband James and the late Ryan J. Murphy; adored sister of George Johansen, Sr. and the late Oscar Johansen; also survived by James McGrath, Gregory T. Moss, Jr., Kelly Moss Morraye, their spouses and children, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.



Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (beltway exit 26) on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Evangelist Church, Hydes on Thursday at 10:00 AM. Interment Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
