On June 25, 2025, Carol Louise Gay, beloved wife of James Gay Jr., devoted mother of Karen Abney and her husband Michael, and James Gay III and his wife Jan, loving grandmother of Zachary Abney, Collin Gay, and Corey Gay.  Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc. 7922 Wise Ave on Tuesday from 4 to 8 PM, where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 AM.  Interment Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens.
