On May 17, 2025 Carlyle Dean "Bud" Tweed, Sr.; beloved husband of the late Margaret E. Tweed (nee Yeager); devoted father of Carlyle "Dean" Tweed Jr. and his wife Peggy, and the late Denise Lynn Taylor; cherished grandfather of 9 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at the family-owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Thursday May 22, 2025 at 10 AM. Friends may visit on Wednesday May 21, 2025 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Internment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
