On March 8, 2025, Carlton A. Walters Sr. "Shorty", beloved husband of Eileen M. Walters (nee McNeave), devoted father of Carlton Walters Jr., Candice Bonner and her husband Robert, Christina Wojtkowiak and her husband Patrick, and Craig Walters and his wife Carolyn, cherished grandfather of Olivia, Carlton III, Colin, Isabella, Kennedy, Nickolas, and Lena, loving great-grandfather of Kamden, dear brother of Charles Walters, Josephine Zellers, Marie Colton, Anthony Walters, Patricia Gallagher, John Walters, Henry Walters, and David Walters.

The family will receive friends at the family-owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc. 7922 Wise Ave, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM, where the funeral will also take place on Thursday at 11 AM.  Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
