On September 24, 2009 Carl E. Bailey, D.D.S. Dr. Bailey began his Dental practice shortly before WWII. After returning to Baltimore he continued his practice at the Medical Arts Building; retiring after 48 years of Dentistry. Beloved husband of the late Sara Bailey (nee Bowman); devoted father of Kathryn E. Bailey, Carl B. Bailey and his wife Rosemarie and Hugh S. Bailey. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (beltway exit 26) on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A Funeral Service will be held at Mt. Carmel UMC on Tuesday at 11:00 AM. Interment church cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Dr. Bailey's name may be made to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation; P.O.
