Casper (nee Keeney-Wilson); devoted father of William David and Ella Mary Casper; loving son of Roger and the late Doris Casper; dear brother of Steven A. Casper and the late David A. Casper; uncle of Michael, Stephanie and Lauren Casper.
Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26) on Saturday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at Ascension Lutheran Church,7601 York Rd., Towson on Monday at 11 AM. Interment private.
