On October 13, 2010. Blandina Mingioni (nee Biancucci). Beloved wife of the late Pangrazio Mingioni. Loving mother of Joseph J., Eleo L. Sr., Gabriel F. and Anthony W. Mingioni, Sr. Loving mother-in-law of Margaret, Lois, Josephine and Marie. Dear sister of Angelina DeCosmo and the late Elvira Sorrentino, Albert Biancucci and Noreen Rifkin. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

A vigil service will be held at the family owned Leonard J. Ruck, Inc. Funeral Home, 5305 Harford Road (at Echodale) Sunday, 3PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Leo's Catholic Church, 227 S. Exeter Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202 Monday, 10 AM. Interment Loudon Park Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday and Sunday 3-5 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Leo's Church.
