On October 5, 2025 Barbara Sue Lowman passed away. Barbara was born on April 1, 1957 in Pennsylvania to her late parents Donald and Janet Fawcett. Barbara is survived by her loving husband Richard Lee Lowman; devoted children Vicky L. Mouring (Bill), Connie L. Medina (Frank), Lisa L. Mullins (Steve), Ricky Celmer (Sommer), Jeremy Celmer (Lynda); cherished grandmother of ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren; dear sister of Donna Hale, Carol Thompson, and Jim Farlow.

A funeral service will be held at the family-owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Friday October 10, 2025 at 11 AM. Friends may visit on Thursday October9, 2025, 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Interment Parkwood Cemetery.
