On July 8, 2026, Barbara Ann Huber (nee Schap) passed away peacefully in Parkville, MD surrounded by her family.  Barbara was 88 years old.  She was the beloved wife of the late John Richard Huber; devoted mother of Susan Naylor and her husband Gregory, Janet Grant and her husband, Darrell, Sharon Rubin and her husband Joseph Pedrazzani and John Huber, Jr.; loving grandmother of Christy Rowe and her husband Andy, Tracy Wright and her husband Tyler, Gregory Naylor, Jr. and his wife Kate, Kenneth Naylor, Josh Grant and his wife Tiffany, Jessica Roberts and her husband Owen, Renee Mundt and her husband Greg, Doug Rubin and his wife Lindsay, Jeremy Rubin and his wife Chelsea; 18 great-grandchildren, Savannah, Sierra, Claire, Ben, Evy, Lexi, Addie, Daisy, Maddie, Grant, Gracie, Brady, Charlotte, Sadie, Leah, Beckett, Eliza, Caleb; dear sister of Alice Bonner and the late Frank Schap, Jr.

Barbara was born and raised in the Highlandtown area of Baltimore City where she attended St. Elizabeths Catholic School and graduated from Catholic High.  She married her high school sweetheart, John, and they moved to Parkville, where she resided for the rest of her life.  Her life goal was to have a strong marriage and close family, all of which she accomplished in her 61 years of marriage until John's passing in 2017. Her devotion to her husband and her family was unwavering.  Barbara was a huge Baltimore Orioles and Ravens fan and enjoyed watching the games.  She will be forever in our hearts.

Friends may visit at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Rd. Towson, MD on Saturday, July 25th from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at The Oak Crest Village Chapel on Monday, July 27th at 11:00 a.m. The interment will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contribution may be made to the charity of your choice.
