On April 20, 2026, Ann Elizabeth Breen passed away peacefully in the morning. Ann Elizabeth was born on December 9, 1949 to her late parents Gilbert and Marie Polasky. Beloved wife of Tom Breen.; devoted mother of Kevin Breen and his wife Aubrey and Angela Strain and her husband Tim; loving grandmother of Kayla, Kellan, MaryJane and Madelynn.
A Celebration of Life will be held at her son's home on May 2, 2026 at 2pm
