On May 17, 2025, Andrew Scott Millhouser, devoted son of Patricia Phipps and the late Richard Millhouser; beloved brother of Amy Dupuis and Nancy Small and her husband Michael; loving uncle of Molly and Emma Dupuis; also survived by extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Road (beltway exit 26), on Saturday, June 7th, from 11 AM to 1 PM, at which time a Funeral Service will begin.  Interment private.
