Obituary

On September 3, 2025, Altha "Dollie" Dailey Pollard passed away peacefully in Baltimore, MD. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Mark Pollard; devoted mother of Adam Pollard, Bradley Pollard and his wife Ashling, and the late Christopher Pollard; loving grandmother of Sophie and Declan Pollard; dear sister of Jackie Morgan, Cheryl Mezzadra, and the late Bud Dailey.

Dollie was loved by all. She loved spending time at Campus Cabana with her sons, nieces Lisa and Megan, nephews Bobby and Michael and friends attending swim meets and all day swim time. Dollie enjoyed her time making life long friendships and helping with Loyola's Mothers Club. Although she was born in Baltimore, she traveled and lived in multiple locations as a child and adolescent, including Kansas and California. She and Tom, her life long love, met in Towson at Tom's family gas station. With her support Tom was able to build T&T Automotive, LLC into a successful business that has only grown in reputation and success with her help into the next generation with her son Adam. They were able to procure and grow the location Tom dreamt of as a young man only steps from their family home. Dollie spent time working at Radebaugh Florist when her boys started full time schooling and as an office manager for Dr. Patricio on Harford Rd for many years. Brad and Ashling Pollard blessed her with the most amazing grandchildren, Sophie and Declan. Always looking forward to Sophie's long and joyful phone conversations listening to her grow into an ambitious, thoughtful young woman. Never tiring of Declan's hugs and consideration. You would often find Dollie bragging about Brad and his accomplishments. She was so proud of her family and expressed this until the end. It's beautiful to leave this life with no regrets in peace and Dollie did this with an amazing sense of humor while struggling to grasp onto life. She will forever be missed by her entire chosen and immediate family. Dollie is reunited with Tom just as she always wanted, to be back in his loving arms and watching her family thrive and live in her wonderful example of resilience and strength. We will do it all, we will laugh remembering her sense of humor. She would not want us to be sad but to love each other and move on in her memory.
