On October 30, 2012 A. Samuel Cook; beloved husband of Bernice Ann Cook (nee Thrush); devoted father of Bryson L. Cook, Cathy Cook Gaynor, James W. Johnson and Patricia G. Johnson; loving grandfather of six grandchildren. Preceded in death by his siblings Earnshaw Cook and Catherine Cook.
